We are looking for a Training Expert to join an international project¡, supporting the rollout and adoption of global sales systems.The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering the training strategy and materials for global system deployments, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption across different organizational levels.🧩 Responsibilities- Prepare and finalize concepts, documents, and training materials for the systems blueprints and waves globally, preferably with AI.- Finalize content for various training formats (e.G., Self-learning, Classroom, Train-the-trainer, How-to videos, Role-Based Training, Chatbot, Training assessment, etc.).- Establish communication models, training formats, and a training tracking dashboard;
organize post go-live refresher trainings and adapt for further global blueprints.- Set up participant management and plan sessions.- Conduct trainings across respective distribution levels (HQ/Market/Retail) in defined formats (online or onsite) in alignment with the product teams.- Develop a communication concept and selective measures to create awareness and commitment around the system.- Continuously improve processes and prepare a sustainable training concept.- Ensure effective knowledge transfer, skill development, and user adoption during training.🛠️ Skills & Knowledge- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Ability to create training content and visuals using AI tools.- Experience with process analysis and interpretation.- Knowledge of sales processes, ideally in retail environments.👩 💼 Experience- 5+ years of experience as a Business Consultant or in similar roles in international environments.- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for different organizational levels.- Experience managing stakeholders and working in multicultural environments.🌍 Languages- Advanced English (C1) – mandatory- Advanced German (C1) – highly recommended- Additional languages are a plus✨ You will work in an international environment supporting Headquarters, collaborating with expert and junior team members to deliver the overall training service for global sales systems.🌍 Additional info- Location: Spain (remote)- Flexible schedule and intensive Fridays.Want to know more?
