Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Supply Chain Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EBS, system integration, API development, and the latest supply chain technologies. This role requires a collaborative team player with Agile experience and a passion for continuous improvement in supply chain operations. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
* Technical Responsibilities :
* Develop and optimize ERP Supply Chain Systems, primarily Oracle EBS.
* Experience with supply chain applications like BlueYonder (JDA), TMS (BluJay), Llamasoft, and related tools is a plus.
* Design and build APIs to integrate supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs, CRMs).
* Follow best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality solutions.
* Stay updated with supply chain system trends and technologies, driving innovation.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
* Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide ongoing feedback.
* Agile Development :
* Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Ensure tasks are scoped, prioritized, and delivered within sprints.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters on user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Supply Chain Systems Expertise :
* Leverage knowledge of supply chain systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
* Apply best practices in demand planning, transportation, warehouse management, and inventory optimization.
* Work with logistics, operations, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
* Business Collaboration :
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
* Translate business needs into technical tasks for the development team.
* Ensure seamless integration of supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms.
* Project Management & Strategic Planning :
* Align project development with business objectives and timelines.
* Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
* Continuously improve development processes for better efficiency and quality.
* Integration & Automation :
* Lead integration efforts with ERPs, CRMs, and WMS.
* Implement automation to enhance supply chain performance and reduce manual work.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Expertise in Oracle EBS (preferably R12), including customizations and integrations via APIs.
* Knowledge of EDI/B2B technologies and processes.
* Experience working in Agile teams.
* Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Strong understanding of database management, system integration, and supply chain processes.
* Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with supply chain platforms like BlueYonder, BluJay, Llamasoft, TMS, WMS.
* Knowledge of EDI tools like IBM Gentran and order-to-cash processes.
* Technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, OBIEE, and OIC.
* Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
* Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
* Experience with transportation, demand planning, and inventory optimization algorithms.
* Knowledge of ERP system integration and data flow management.
