Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities
Responsible for LED display after‐sales troubleshooting, installation and commissioning, maintenance and etc.
Responsible for the maintenance of LED display rework products;
Responsible for the analysis and statistics of after‐sales product quality problems, after‐sales documents and maintenance records;
Responsible for handling customer complaints, solving customer problems, and maintain higher level of customer satisfaction;
Responsible for promoting paid after‐sales service to customers and signing paid service maintenance contracts.
Qualifications
Diploma or above in electronic and electric engineering, Mechanical engineering from recognized university;
Minimum 2 years experience in after‐sales service, maintenance, and debugging of repairing station;
Proficient English speaker; Chinese is a plus;
Open to accept regular international travelling;
Adaptability to fast pace and heavy work load.
