**The Opportunity & Responsibilities**:As part of the HR team of The Walt Disney Company Iberia and reporting to HR Director, you will be responsible, in tandem with the HRBPs, for the day-to-day operational HR management as well as the implementation of the company's HR policy for the departments/functions assigned to you.You will support the HR Business Partners of the HR Iberia team and provide HR advice to the teams in your area: Media Networks (linear television, content acquisition, broadcast operations) and Technology.**Recruiting**:- You will be responsible for the Interns program for both Spain & Portugal in charge of briefing sessions with hiring managers, posting offers internally and externally, and managing the selection process up to onboarding,- Responsible for the completion of the internal recruitment process both locally and with the regional office for all profiles being recruited in your area,- Accompanying our clients internally for the drafting of job descriptions,- You will be responsible for the on-boarding of new recruits in your area and for presenting the HR processes and tools to be used.**Administrative management of personnel**:- You are the main link with the team in charge of personnel administration (HR Operations) for onboardings, job changes and reporting,- You will be responsible for monitoring internships and temporary contracts termination dates,- You are in charge of updating all policies and articles for the Intranet & HR systems,- You keep the HR dashboards up to date,- You provide assistance to your population on the HR processes and tools used within the Company,- You will support the HRBPs and Internal Communications on employee events and initiatives.**Diversity, Equity and Inclusion**:- Support to the HR Manager for Diversity & Inclusion in order to make the link between the different internal discussion groups and follow up on the actions to be implemented,- Follow-up of the DE&I; actions identified for the year on our four pillars: gender, pride, enable and diversity,- Monitoring of indicators, regular benchmarking of external practices,- You may also be asked to participate in any other HR project depending on the current situation and the needs of the HR department.**The Experience we require from you**:University degree, specialized education in HR and with a good knowledge of labour law.Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus.Good systems knowledge (Microsoft tools, HR systems-SAP/Workday).Two-three years ideally acquired in a HR department in a generalist position, if possible in a multinational company in the entertainment/media or FMCG sector.Room for grow within the role for other 3-4 years.Potential to grow within the function to highest levels while gaining broader vision and strategy.Communication skills.Initiative and resourcefulness.Decision Making.Team Working Skills.Flexibility, shows perseverance.Agility.Results oriented.Customer focused.Conceptual and analytical skills, with a general vision.Pragmatic, hands on mentality.- The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
