Major Accountabilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations' decision-makers, including hospitals, research institutions, and public health entities.Address and resolve data access blockades with hospitals, providers, insurers, and health systems for RWE studies.Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation and qualification.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.Coordinate workflows with clinical data providers and internal teams to ensure timely data acquisition for RWE studies.Collaborate with industry stakeholders and represent Savana at conferences and events to promote solutions and generate leads.Security and Compliance:
Operate according to security policies and report any incidents or improvement proposals.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience, preferably selling SaaS in healthcare and with health insurance companies.Good understanding of technology, big data, and AI in health.Fluent in English and Spanish;
proficiency in German or French required.Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills in international settings.Interest in shaping the future of health and addressing unmet medical needs.Additional Attributes:
