Join an international customer experience team supporting innovative digital and technology solutions used by customers across Europe. We are looking for Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Service Agent who is passionate about helping users resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth product experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy technical troubleshooting, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced international environment.
What You'll Do
* Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
* Assist users with product troubleshooting, technical questions, and account support
* Deliver clear and professional communication while resolving issues
* Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
* Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
* Adapt quickly to new tools, updates, and product features
What We're Looking For
* C1/C2 Dutch (mandatory)
* English B2 or higher
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable working in a dynamic support environment
* Open to feedback and continuous improvement
* Interest in technical troubleshooting and digital services
Work Schedule
Rotational shifts
* Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
* Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
