Brp b Location: /b Mijas (on-site) /pp b Idiliq Group /b /pp⏱️b Employment Type: /b Full-time br/ppb Idiliq Group /b, a leading company in the tourism and hospitality industry, is seeking a b Communication Member Benefits Officer /b to join our Club Operations team. This is a fully b on-site position based at our facilities in Mijas /b. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering communication across multiple channels, ensuring accurate, clear and engaging information for our Club members and internal stakeholders. br/p b Main Responsibilities /b ulli Provide communication support to all Club Operations departments. /lili Review correspondence, standard letters and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy in text, grammar and presentation. /lili Coordinate and manage the production of Space and Travel related offers. /lili Communicate Club Operations and Idiliq news across all required channels, including web, e-bulletins and e-traveller. /lili Monitor and oversee the maintenance of the intranet and websites for all member-related content. /lili Produce high-quality written content and press releases related to products, services and activities. /lili Liaise with Creative Services and external consultants on all Member Communication matters. /lili Coordinate communication with other internal departments to ensure alignment and consistency. /lili Ensure Member Benefits are correctly presented and updated across communication channels and websites. /lili Maintain relationships with external suppliers of Member Benefits, ensuring offers are accurate and active. /lili Collaborate with internal departments such as ICT, Product Development, Resort Management and Club Secretary on communication-related projects and releases. /lili Support the promotion of activities and offers for CLC Resorts, working closely with Resort Management and other partners. /lili Contribute to the coordination of information relating to CUA Resorts. /lili Stay updated on all product and operational changes relevant to the role, attending training as required. /li /ul b Requeriments /b ulli Previous experience in corporate communication, content writing or similar roles. /lili Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish. /lili Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. /lili Ability to coordinate projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. /lili Proficiency with digital platforms and communication tools (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage). /li /ul b What We Offer /b ulli Full on-site role at our offices in Mijas. /lili The opportunity to join a well-established international company in the tourism sector. /lili A dynamic and collaborative working environment. /lili Ongoing professional development and training. /lili Competitive conditions in line with experience and profile. /li /ul
