Responsibilities
* Organise the preparation of the portion (raw materials, utensils) and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
* Prepare and supervise recipes based on menu rotations and best food‑handling practices, meeting client needs.
* Distribute tasks: organise, lead and supervise the work of assistants and cooks in the portion preparation.
* Supervise cleaning, conservation and restocking of foods in the portion.
* Oversee the performance of hygiene‑sanitary controls and record‑keeping for the portion.
* Collaborate in basic reception and storage operations and internal restocking of goods following established norms and orders received.
Qualifications
* Higher education in culinary management or hospitality, or degree in tourism; training in HACCP (APPCC).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of office software, hospitality and kitchen equipment preferred.
* Excellent taste and smell memory.
* Interpersonal skills: friendliness, cordiality, empathy.
