The Role - Visual Development Lead We expect our Visual Development Lead to build and lead the visual identity of our games.
You'll be hands-on in defining the look and feel of our puzzle titles, from prototyping stage to global launch.
This role combines creativity, leadership, and execution.
You'll set the bar for quality, mentor other artists, and collaborate closely with design and product to bring fresh, engaging worlds to life.
You Will Define and own the 2D art style for our hybrid puzzle games.
Create appealing core gameplay assets, characters, environments, UI, and marketing assets tailored for a general casual audience.
Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to ensure visual consistency and usability.
Lead and mentor other artists as the team grows, fostering a high-quality, creative, and collaborative environment.
Develop and maintain art pipelines, processes, and documentation.
Ensure assets are optimized for mobile performance without sacrificing quality.
You Need Proven experience as a 2D artist in mobile free-to-play games, ideally puzzle/casual titles.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in casual-friendly core gameplay elements design, character design, environments, and UI.
Ability to define and maintain a cohesive art direction across a project.
Experience working with Unity.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where feedback and prototyping are key.
