Customer Success Manager (CSM) - SAP Academy for Customer Success - Spain (Hybrid)

The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for early-career talent. As a CSM, you will work directly with customers to guide them through their business journey with SAP solutions, aiming to increase satisfaction, retention, and upsells within your portfolio.

The official recruitment begins August 2025, with early contact options for the March 2026 program start. The program includes classroom and field phases, with full-time employment from day one, leading to a direct customer-facing role upon completion.

Responsibilities include:

* Completing a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases.
* Engaging in experiential learning focused on digital transformation, business acumen, and solution knowledge.
* Managing customer relationships, retention, and value realization.
* Receiving onboarding, mentoring, and coaching to prepare for a customer-facing role.

Focus areas include:

* SAP Finance & Spend Management
* SAP SuccessFactors
* SAP Supply Chain Management
* SAP Customer Experience
* SAP Business Transformation Management
* SAP Business Technology Platform & SAP Data Cloud

Qualifications:

* 2–3 years supporting customers and driving business transformation, ideally in consulting or account management.
* Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and resolve issues.
* Strong interpersonal, learning agility, and resilience.
* Business acumen and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Participants may spend four weeks in San Ramon, California, for hands-on learning. The program emphasizes engagement and full participation.
