Overview
Core missions in the HRBP perimeter. Provides support & coaches managers on HR related topics. Works closely with managers on a day-to-day basis and contributes to the operational results of the Site.
HR representation for all internal stakeholders
Contributes to compliance with rules by employees, participates in Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the Site Policy
Manages permanent and temporary headcounts (Production: participates to PDP and validates temporary needs)
Monitors absenteeism and defines/deploys improvement plans
Contributes to the deployment of the Strategy for the Entity
People & Organization Development
Coordinates, deploys and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policy
Participates in reflection and projects related to organization evolution; proposes organizational changes
Ensures appropriate Job grading methodology and related C&B applications
Manages recruitment & onboarding process according to standard
Identifies Learning needs and actions to develop competences (site and individual needs, Technological needs, mandatory trainings)
Defines and arbiters Training actions within budget
Identifies new internal Trainers according to needs and trainers' development path
Health, Safety & Working Conditions
Applies Health, Security and Environment rules
Takes identified risks into account and manages them with QRQC tools
Follows up unfitness situations and adapts work conditions accordingly
Deploys Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement plan
Supports managers on Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilities
Employee Engagement
Coordinates 5 Axes deployment plan and action plans
Contributes to the V5000 self-assessment and notation improvement
Applies and advises on 5 Axes Methodology; reinforces the importance of EE and its role in engagement
Participates in Site 5 Axes Committee to propose improvements for IP activities at Site level
Employee Relations
Maintains or improves social climate and relations with union representatives
Deploys actions & communication related to Employee relations according to HR strategy
Provides support to Site HR Manager as needed
Communication
Coordinates internal communication actions according to Site's communication plan
Personal Administration & Data Management
Ensures compliance with HR administrative procedures (overtime, attendance management, vacations, etc.)
Validates overtime, on-call duties, vacations, etc.
Learning Specific Missions
Ensures interface between Managers and Learning stakeholders (Country Learning manager, Division HR teams, VTIs, etc.)
Time Attendance / Payroll Specific Missions
Validates Site payroll in case of HR Manager's absence or delegation
Internal Communication Specific Missions
Leads communication to employees and managers within the Site
Well-being Specific Missions
Leads and animates Quality of Life at Work Committee
Deploys Well-being improvement plan
Talent Development Specific Missions
Is the Talent Development referent for the Site; interfaces with Group, Division, and all stakeholders; coordinates TD communication with other HR actors in the Site
Coordinates Talent Development campaigns deployment within the Site (Annual appraisals, etc.)
Talent Acquisition & Campus Management Specific Missions
Organizes local Campus Management actions and participates in events to market employer branding in coordination with the TAC Manager
Requirements for the Position
Business & Administration Degree or Master or similar studies
Google Drive and programming skills
Passionate about HR topics
Result-oriented with commitment to teamwork in an international environment
Professionalism and transparency
Negotiation level of English (C1) as well as local language
