About the Role:
Are you ready to take ownership of some of the most iconic ice cream brands in Spain and Portugal? As our Brand Manager Ice Cream, you will join Ferrero Iberica’s dynamic Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Country Marketing Manager. This is your chance to work in a fast-moving FMCG environment, shaping the local marketing strategy for Kinder Ice Cream and driving growth in the Out-of-Home channel. Additionally, you’ll enjoy high visibility within the organization and the opportunity to make a real impact on our premium brands.
Main Responsibilities:
You will define and execute the local marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal, identifying opportunities through consumer insights and market research. Achieving P&L; targets, increasing market share, and monitoring business performance will be part of your daily challenges. Furthermore, you’ll manage projects and budgets across advertising, promotions, and research, while leading creative executions and coordinating agencies to ensure brand consistency across ATL and BTL channels. Your role will also involve providing input on POS materials and best practices, making sure our brands shine in every touchpoint.
About You:
You are passionate about FMCG marketing and eager to build a career in a thriving global group. With a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, you bring 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the ice cream category or impulse channel. Experience in a cross-cultural environment and matrix organization is a plus. You work autonomously, are highly organized, and thrive on achieving results. Strong communication skills allow you to connect and inspire, while your consumer-centric mindset ensures every decision is driven by insight. Advanced MS Office skills are essential, and familiarity with SAP is considered an advantage. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; any additional language is a bonus.
