Software Architect (Java)
Responsibilities
* Define and maintain a coherent, robust architecture aligned with the company's standards and roadmap.
* Collect and challenge business needs, ensure exchanges with stakeholders and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
* Design and formalise the Technical Architecture Design (TAD) and translate business needs, providing justification for choices and presenting them effectively.
* Adopt a generalist approach by working on a wide range of applications and technologies.
* Ensure the transfer of design to the technical teams and support the implementation.
* Be a source of proposals for the development of tools, methods and best practices.
* Participate in architecture governance and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
Expected Skills
* Solid knowledge of orchestration, APIs, ESB, application flows.
* Ability to dialogue with the business lines, understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
* Strong autonomy on the subjects entrusted to you, with a constructive posture (acceptance of criticism).
* Proactive attitude and strength of proposal to improve processes and architecture.
