PbProject Type: /b Data Centre Construction /ppbLocation: /b Madrid, Spain /ppbr/ppb**Must be a Spanish Speaker** /b /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities: /b /ppbProject Start-Up Phase /b /pulliLead the transition from estimating to delivery by arranging and chairing the internal project handover meeting. /liliCoordinate with the Operations Director to determine project staffing requirements and ensure appropriate resource allocation. /liliValidate the project scope and develop key project controls, including the business plan, cost-control systems, cash-flow forecasts, and billable schedules. /liliProduce core project documentation such as the procurement plan, design/drawing schedule, construction programme, S-curves, and manpower histograms. /liliLiaise with the client and design teams to resolve procurement and engineering questions prior to site mobilisation. /liliMobilise subcontractors, suppliers, and labour in line with the business plan and project schedule. /li /ulpbr/ppbProject Running Phase /b /pulliOversee the effective day-to-day delivery of all site activities, ensuring progress is aligned with programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives. /liliEnsure the project is delivered on time, within cost parameters, and in compliance with specifications and contractual obligations. /liliMonitor material deliveries, engineering outputs, and quality performance, taking corrective actions where necessary. /liliLead regular client meetings and hold weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, ensuring safety, training, and coordination topics are addressed. /liliConduct monthly internal team meetings to track progress against project milestones. /liliMeasure productivity weekly and maintain accurate progress control documentation. /liliSubmit monthly reports to the Operations Director to manage commercial exposure and project risk. /liliManage and coordinate all aspects of the MEP installation, ensuring subcontractors and internal teams deliver in accordance with project specifications. /liliEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and welfare requirements throughout project execution. /li /ulpbr/ppbProject Completion Phase /b /pulliCoordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring all requirements are defined, scheduled, and executed before formal commissioning begins. /liliEnsure all systems are demonstrated to the client and relevant authorities (e.g., Building Control) in line with project requirements. /liliWork with the Quantity Surveyor to prepare, submit, and agree the final account in line with commercial objectives. /liliProduce a detailed project close-out report for the Operations Director, covering commercial, technical, and delivery performance. /liliMaintain communication with the client throughout the warranty/defects period and manage retention processes. /liliComplete all post-project duties, including site clearance, document archiving, financial closure, lessons-learned reviews, and secure disposal of confidential information. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications Experience: /b /pulliHND in Construction, Building Services, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. /liliProven experience delivering large-scale Mechanical Electrical projects from start-up through to handover. /liliStrong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret contract requirements and manage commercial risk. /liliDemonstrated ability to prioritise and lead Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities. /liliStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. /li /ul
