Context and Mission
AI Factories is a strategic program that brings together science, innovation, and society, promoting the trustworthy, high-impact development and adoption of Artificial Intelligence. The initiative will position BSC as an epicenter of AI, enabling public and private sectors to drive high-impact science and technology R&D projects.
Reporting and Support
You will report to the AI Factory Services Manager of the Business Innovation and Development Unit.
Key Duties
* Management of the Project Management system
* Management of the client management platform (CRM)
* Management of the training platform (LMS)
* Management of the user front-end
* Support for AI Factory managers in all platforms
* Coordination with AI Factory Service Protocols
* Prepare reports on platform usage
* Analyze potential updates or improvements of the platforms
Qualifications
Education
University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
* More than 2 years managing transversal platforms, integration, and information management between platforms
* Knowledge in project management, Agile methodologies, Scrum, etc.
* Experience with project management tools
* Knowledge in data management methodologies
* Knowledge of software libraries
* Understanding of the functioning of APIs and Web services
Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience
* Experience with research organisations, public institutions, or multi-actor European projects is highly valued
Competences
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strategic thinking, proactivity, and client‑centred mindset
* Comfortable interacting with both scientific teams and business managers
* Proficiency in English; Spanish and/or Catalan are a plus
* Knowledge in innovation, data management practices, or similar is a plus
* Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and HPC will be valued
Conditions
* Position located at BSC within the Directors Department
* Full‑time contract (37.5 h/week) with a stimulating environment, state‑of‑the‑art infrastructure, flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, support for relocation procedures
* Duration: 3 years
* Holidays: 22 days + 6 personal days + 24th and 31st December as per collective agreement
* Salary: competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience, according to cost of living in Barcelona
* Starting date: ASAP

* The panel ensures at least 25 % representation of women and follows OTM‑R principles.
* Final decisions are communicated with feedback.
