As part of the Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) team, this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering the Finance transformation roadmap through the configuration and leadership of a newly established squad focused on Oracle Financials initiatives.
The Oracle ERP Financials Delivery Lead & Scrum Master is responsible for leading agile delivery across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials projects, ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, strong delivery governance, and successful end-to-end execution. Leveraging prior experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud Financials, the role supports informed decision‑making, close partnership with functional SMEs, and the delivery of scalable, business-aligned finance solutions.
Responsbilities
* Facilitate Agile delivery (Sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives)
* Manage backlog, prioritization & stakeholder alignment
* Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
* Lead projects (implementations / upgrades / rollouts) in Agile/hybrid models
* Coordinate business, IT, and cross‑functional teams globally
* Gather requirements (As‑Is / To‑Be, BRD/FRD) and add them to Devops, including the relevant aspects for each User Story
* Support design of Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE)
* Ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion Cloud target architecture
* Perform fit‑gap analysis
* Manage SIT/UAT, testing, defect resolution
Qualifications
* 4–5 years of overall experience in Oracle EBS (R12.2) and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or ERP Project Lead within transformation programs
* Demonstrated capability in managing end‑to‑end ERP delivery using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Experience working across global and cross‑functional teams, partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
* Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments
