Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a high-quality, scalable React Native application from the ground up.
Act as the
technical reference in React and React Native, guiding best practices and ensuring code excellence.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.
Participate in architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the project.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and team performance.
Prepare for a future
growth path toward project leadership and management responsibilities.
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years using
React Native.
Strong background in
JavaScript/TypeScript
and experience integrating APIs and third-party libraries.
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and testing practices.
Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a
proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
Have a university degree.
English level
B2 or higher
(comfortable working in an international environment).
Nice to Have
Experience with
React for web
or other front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of
native Android/iOS development.
Prior experience
leading small teams or projects.
Interest in UX/UI and product design principles.
