Service Engineer Internship
Huawei is looking for a Solar Service Team Intern in the Madrid office located in Las Tablas.
Objective
* Understand first-hand the operation of a large‑scale PV plant.
* Learn a 360‑vision of the different parts of a photovoltaic plant, including panels, inverters, cable transformation centers, and trackers.
Conditions
* 6‑month internship.
* Full time (35 hours per week).
* Paid internship.
* Possibility to join with a work contract after the internship ends.
Responsibilities
* Provide installation training for clients/installers to ensure all Huawei equipment is installed securely, reliably, and appropriately.
* Guide customers/installers through inverter start‑up instructions, turning on and configuring the inverter to confirm normal operation.
* Explain operating instructions for the monitoring system, building and using the Huawei monitoring system to ensure communication and monitoring functions operate normally and are clear for client operation.
* Troubleshoot faulty equipment by locating faults through remote support and guiding customer/staff maintenance for defect recovery.
* Support ticket management and incident management as part of the local team.
Qualification
* Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering degree, or Master’s degree.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; official certifications are a plus.
* No experience required.
