Role Overview: We seek an experienced Sales and Solutions Manager to execute sales strategies, drive business closures, and strengthen relationships with key Telecom clients in the European region.
Total Experience: 5-10 years
CTC :150K USD (Depending on last drawn package)
Requirements:
* MBA from a reputed institute (preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of solution sales and consultative sales experience in the telecom industry.
* Proven expertise in telecom networks, mobility, value-added services, and emerging technologies.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English and French (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales cycle, from lead identification to closure.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer organizations, decision-making processes, and key stakeholders.
* Define and execute winning sales strategies, including partnerships where required.
* Prepare compelling customer-centric presentations and business proposals.
* Negotiate commercial terms with an in-depth understanding of business models.
