In this role you drive the global compensation landscape, shaping frameworks, governance and rewarding structures across regions. You will partner with the Rewards team to ensure consistent, compliant and market-aligned total rewards. You’ll own strategic compensation programs, data-driven decisions, and regulatory compliance, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to enable high-quality data and processes. This is a chance to influence how pay supports growth in a values-driven, entrepreneurial culture.

- Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and salary review cycles in line with total rewards strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including EU Pay Transparency Directive) and develop fair pay structures with regional HR, Legal, and Finance
- Own and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central modules, ensuring data quality and system readiness in collaboration with IT and HR
- Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives (mobility, allowances) aligning with the total rewards strategy and data-driven decisions
- Partner with integral and local stakeholders to align on compensation topics and deliver clear, structured communications
Responsabilidades
- 6–8+ years in HR with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in global or regional roles
- Experience managing or contributing to global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles
- Understanding of compensation benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles
- Experience with regulatory topics (EU Pay Transparency Directive) is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central modules
- Strong analytical xugodme and Excel skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Experience in international and/or matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Clear, structured, and confident communication style
- Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented with ability to balance operational and strategic work
- Business fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus
