ICM Farmak is a sterile injectables manufacturing hub located in Barberà del Vallès, near Barcelona. We specialize in the production of high-quality injectable medicines and collaborate with international teams across development, quality, and commercial functions to support global partners and markets.
We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to lead the P&C function at our manufacturing site. This role plays a critical part in aligning people strategy with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, and fostering a high-performance and engaging workplace culture.Reporting directly to the General Manager and functionally to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will act as a key member of the leadership team and a strategic partner to the business.
Lead and manage the People & Culture function, ensuring effective implementation of corporate P&C policies, full compliance with Spanish labor legislation, and strong alignment between people priorities and operational goals.You will drive talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a dynamic industrial environment.
Strategic P&C Management· Act as a strategic business partner to Plant Management and local leadership teams· Translate corporate HR strategy into local action plans· Ensure alignment between people objectives and plant operational goals
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and applicable collective agreements· Talent Management & Culture· Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for plant employees· Lead performance evaluations, development, and succession planning· Identify training needs and oversee the annual training plan· Support managers in people management and leadership development
HR Administration & Compensation· Oversee personnel administration, payroll, and labor-related incidents (in coordination with external providers if applicable)· Monitor key HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.)
Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Human Resources preferred.· 3–5 years of experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner· Background in industrial and/or pharmaceutical environments is highly valued·Fluent in Spanish and English·Solid knowledge of Office 365
