Nuestro cliente es un importante líder global de Beauty Retailer, perteneciente a una multinacional del lujo con 150 puntos de Venta en Iberia + Venta Ecommerce creciente con un muy importante presupuesto digital. Buscamos la mano derecha de la Digital manager que gestiona la estrategia de adquisicion de trafico a la e-commerce + la estrategia de inversión en medios. El objetivo del Traffic Specialist participar en el diseño de la estrategia de trafico cualificado, diseñar la estrategia de inversión en medios y supervisar a las agencias en la obtencion de resultados. Buscamos un perfil analítico / estratégico de unos 4 años experiencia orientado/a a performance que venga idealmente de Agencia (puede venir de Marca) con buena experiencia liderando la estrategia de inversión en medio para clientes de gran presupuesto, que haya trabajado con múltiples plataformas de medios tipo Google, tik-tok, Connected TV, programática etc con buena experiencia en estrategias full funnel y análisis de ROAS y CPA, GA4. Buenos resultados en las inversiones en medios. MISSION
Responsible for leading, understanding and optimizing all companies traffic channels at Iberia level, designing an online acquisition strategy with a continuous customer focus, ensuring a data-driven approach to all paid media initiatives and proposing new partners to achieve media goals.
RESPONSABILITIES
• Design the traffic qualification strategy at Iberia level to achieve media objetives, in close collaboration with the Digital Manager. Alignment with key teams: budget aligment with Finance Teams, Strategy alignment with central guidelines and Local Offer, Marketing and E-commerce teams.
• Lead the day-to-day relationship with the digital agencies: campaign briefing, implementation and follow-up.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Tool Management: expertise in Business Manager of Meta and TikTok, Google Ads, DV360 and Campaign Manager.
• Optimization of all traffic channels, conducting in-depth analysis of paid media campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Weekly and Monthly Reporting to internal stakeholders (Local and Central teams), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Supervise and promote the correct implementation of tags/pixels to ensure accurate data collection for reporting and traffic behavior analysis (campaigns/ web/ landings).
• Oversee App marketing initiatives, including performance tracking, reporting, and developing action plans to drive app acquisition and engagement.
• Continuous focus on customer analysis and qualified acquisition leveraging data to propose new channels of traffic generation.
• Follow up of SEO project to ensure alignment and synergy with Traffic Strategy.
• Budget & finantial Follow-Up: managing allocation and spend of the paid media budget in close collaboration with the finance team. Track and manage invoices from media suppliers.
