Job Description: Main task and responsibilities will include :- RPAS Pilot Operator Instructor for different RPAS (SiRTAP, ED and Remote Carriers of FCAS):
* Conduct RPAS Pilot training courses to either national or international customer
o Preparation of RPAS Pilot t raining courses (syllabus and training material)
o Preparation of technical documentation to support training courses
- RPAS Pilot Operator SME (Subject Matter Expert) for different RPAS (SiRTAP, ED and Remote Carriers of FCAS):
* Development of training concepts and plans
o Support to the development of training multimedia products (CBTs, PTTs, etc) for RPAS Pilot Operator .
o Participation in training teamwork groups. Support other instructors as required
- Additionally, and depending of candidate profile, support Combat aircrew training Skills and experience :
* RPAS Operator license type II class 3 or equivalent (mandatory)
o Previous knowledge/experience in RPAS operations
o Experience in training and preparation of aircrew training courses
o Training technologies basic knowledge
o From 3 to 5 years of experience
o Ability to speak in public and conduct audiences
o Customer orientation
o Spanish nationality (requirement for Spanish Eyes Only programs)
o Advanced level of English
o This role will involve business travel
