About the role :
As a Digital Business Analyst, you will collaborate daily with cross-functional Product Development Teams, Product Owners, and the hosting Organization to drive the creation of outstanding digital products (mobile & web). You will bring strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and a user-first mindset to ensure exceptional business value, seamless user experiences, and top-tier product quality.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Work within an Agile team to deliver high-quality digital products.
2. Analyse, define, and document new functionalities based on business needs.
3. Assist the Product Owner in building, prioritizing, and maintaining a well-structured product backlog.
4. Collaborate with designers and developers to create optimal user experiences.
5. Develop and maintain testing scenarios, use cases, and support documentation.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure product quality.
7. Support the Product Owner in stakeholder communication and management.
8. Research and monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
9. Participate in ideation sessions for new products and feature enhancements.
10. Work cross-functionally to identify, track, and resolve dependencies between teams.
11. Actively contribute to the product community, sharing insights, knowledge, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills :
1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of digital product development (mobile & web).
3. Passion for innovation, user experience, and high-quality digital solutions.
4. Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
5. Very strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Experience in testing / QA methodologies is a plus.
