Position Summary / MissionYou will be part of the global marketing team based in Barcelona, contributing to the development and execution of the long-term strategy. You will work in a cross-functional environment and represent the commercial function in key projects.
Core Responsibilities
Support the management of the Long-Term Strategic Plan for the brand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Access, R&D, Medical, GMI, New Products, and Regulatory, and lead the Strategize team.
Develop an understanding of the market and ecosystem.
Participate in implementing key operational activities.
Partner with GMI to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and brand plans.
Contribute to strategic and tactical planning, including market assessment, customer insights, segmentation, and input into global strategy.
Support financial planning for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget management.
Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gain insights and support the product strategy, and lead the Strategic Advisory Board.
Required Education and Experience
University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Economics.
At least 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.
Experience with budget management.
Expertise in Dermatology or Immunology.
Experience with innovative molecules and product launches is advantageous.
Strong analytical, strategic, and teamwork skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability in complex environments.
Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in English.
