Job Purpose
Drive innovation and lead our Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team to new heights. Collaborate with global leaders and diverse colleagues, unlocking your full potential. If you thrive on data and digital transformation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be part of the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team, a new team of 40+ FTE, pivotal in making Ice Cream a Digital First company.
2. Manage all digital developments in SC Planning, collaborating with GTM Tech, assessing project feasibility, and guiding projects from business case to execution. Build solutions using your data engineering skills when needed.
3. Assist in migrating and rebuilding existing SC Planning systems during the transition to a standalone company. Ensure proper migration of reports.
4. Identify local SC Planning tools and evaluate their replacement with global tools under the "Global First, Local by Exception" agenda.
5. Collaborate with business and excellence teams to improve SC Planning capabilities continuously.
6. Serve as the primary contact for all SC Planning Tech requests, establishing the DSC GTM Tech team's presence within the organization.
Skills
* Ability to align strategic goals with business objectives.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise between IT, SC business, and leadership.
* Proven project management experience ensuring timely delivery.
* Strong knowledge of SC Planning, data lake structures, and basic data engineering.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
* Innovative mindset to improve reporting processes.
* Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
Experiences & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Data Science, or related.
* At least 2 years in a Supply Chain Planning role.
* Experience with digital supply chain technologies and data management.
* Success in supporting digital projects and cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of emerging trends like AI and IoT.
