Sales & Operations Senior ManagerBiotech company with extend experience specialized in preventive solutions.About the Position:Ensure strategic alignment among key company areas (Business, Operations, R&D;, and Finance) to guarantee optimal production capacity in the mid- to long-term (12 months – 5 years), meeting business objectives, operational efficiency, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the S&OP; process is aligned with corporate strategy.- Define key performance indicators, set objectives, and monitor performance.- Develop mid- and long-term plans and drive continuous improvement.- Maintain a long-term view of the product portfolio, including launches and phase-outs.- Collaborate with key areas to ensure efficiency in product presentations and capacity planning.- Lead the monthly S&OP; cycle and coordinate cross-functional teams.- Manage demand reviews, capacity reviews, and business scenario planning.- Present results and support decision-making at senior levels.- Assess sales plans and define scenarios to address uncertainty.- Identify capacity gaps and potential investment needs.- Provide long-term capacity estimates and coordinate with technical areas.- Drive the implementation of advanced planning tools and digitalization initiatives.- Ensure system integration and data-driven decision-making.Required Qualifications:- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s in Supply Chain or Operations is strongly valued.- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record in S&OP; and strategic planning.- Solid expertise in demand and capacity planning, portfolio management, product launch processes, and data-driven planning tools.- Advanced English; additional languages are an asset.- Strong leadership and strategic mindset, with a results-driven, hands-on approach and exceptional communication and analytical skills.
