Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities
* Support multiple stakeholders within performing a wide range of administrative tasks (including calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling, assisting with events/engagements).
* Act as the primary point of contact between your stakeholders and any internal/external contacts.
* Organise, prioritise and coordinate multiple work flows that are assigned to you.
* Schedule and attend leadership meetings, taking clear notes and tracking action items as required.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple stakeholders.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality on various business matters.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency with Notion, Slack, G-Suite.
* Previous experience in a web3 or tech startup environment is preferred.
