Description
We are looking for a person to join the Controlling department of Mercedes-Benz España in Madrid, who performing the following functions:
Your main functions will be:
- Special Campaigns approvals.
- Control of Pricing of vehicles in accordance with Internal regulations.
- Cost Controlling: month end closing bookings, follow up budgets.
- Travel Expenses: master data maintenance in Concur applications, checking the appropriateness of the expenses according with Internal Guidelines.
- VAT recovering: Calculation and preparation of the files.
- Management Reports: travel expenses, special discounts, Marketing and G&A.;
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows Office Package
- High level English oral and written
- Grade on Business Administration, Economy or similar
