About The Role
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in congress management?
As the Regional Congress Delegate Manager, you will be the key player working behind the scenes to ensure every aspect is meticulously organized for healthcare professionals attending congresses. Your skills in client communication and logistics will be crucial in creating remarkable experiences. Your Responsibilities
* Manage communication with Healthcare Professionals and suppliers, handle local budgets, and ensure proper templates are used in collaboration with the Global Operations Team.
* Coordinate attendance using the Upload template and develop timely communications to meet client service levels.
* Work with vendors for transportation and other logistics, adhering to budgets and compliance.
* Ensure visa requirements are met and assist with documentation for timely processing.
* Use Cvent to manage attendee data, ensure accurate reporting, and handle confirmations.
* Review budgets for compliance, record transfers of value, and serve as the main contact for logistical arrangements.
* Be adaptable and willing to perform additional duties as needed, recognizing that the role may evolve.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
* At least 2 years of experience in congress or event planning.
Preferred Qualifications
* College degree, preferably related field.
* Experience in client management and attendee registration.
* Background in the pharmaceutical industry.
* CMP certification is a plus.
