In the department of Customer Experience we are responsible to keep the quality of our mobile network throughout Germany at the highest level and to always be one step ahead of the competition. To reach this target we focus on the digitalization and professional end-to-end automation of our business processes and implement new innovative solution approaches (machine learning AI ...) to increase the quality for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Development deployment and operation of data analytics / big data solutions (eg. SQL Elastic Search; Cloud VM Docker Kubernetes Git ...)
* Provision introduction development and maintanance of tools for processing analysis and visualization of data
* Coding for process automation (eg. Python)
* Integrate results from analyses into existing solutions and business processes
* Development of evaluation and control tools for different data sources to provide required data sets
* Developing innovative and data-driven solutions that provide tangible added value for our customers and our internal interfaces in mobile radio and service context
* Realize interfaces and data connection
* Automated provision and pre-processing of various data sets
Qualifications
Skill requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of DevOps technologies (e.g. GitLab Jenkins Puppet CI / CD Tools Prometheus)
* Excellent knowledge of cloud & automation technologies (e.g. AWS VM Docker Kubernetes etc.)
* Excellent knowledge of IT interfaces (e.g. RestAPI PySpark Tardis)
* Knowledge of network protocols (e.g. TCP / IP, DIAMETER, SIP, RADIUS, LDAP, SOAP, REST, HTTP)
Nice to have:
* Big Data skills in Elastic Search SQL Hadoop PySpark Linux-Shell
* Knowledge of the market technology and competitive environment in the information technology and telecommunications industry including digital transformation
* Knowledge in automated provisioning and pre-processing of various data sets
* Knowledge of Software Development (e.g. Python GitLab)
