We develop high-end at-home devices with one clear mission: to enhance women’s wellbeing through innovation.As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated, proactive individuals who want to learn and grow with us.We are seeking a Full-Time Customer Care Intern with a strong customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Your main mission will be to support our customers across Spain and Europe throughout their entire journey, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience aligned with our brand standards.ResponsabilidadesDeliver an exceptional customer experience with a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.Manage customer inquiries, questions, and incidents across all channels (email, social media, phone), ensuring timely responses in line with SLA commitments.Provide proactive follow-up on all cases until full resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Handle and monitor logistics-related incidents (shipping, deliveries, returns), coordinating with partners when necessary.Sales callsCold calling and follow-up callsPhone-based sales and customer engagementManage orders, exchanges, and returns through internal platforms.Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions and product recommendations.Conduct customer advisory sessions via video calls or phone, guiding clients on product usage and maximizing their experience.Develop in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio to provide accurate and valuable advice.Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and contribute with actionable insights.Support high-demand periods (campaigns, promotions, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).Track and analyze customer care metrics, contributing to continuous service improvement.Collaborate closely with the team, aligning individual performance with overall team goals.RequisitosStudent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).Availability to start the internship.Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.Strong digital skills and familiarity with social media.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.What we OfferLearning opportunity in a fast-growing, dynamic company.Hands-on experience in e-commerce and customer experience.Schedule: 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Thursday and Friday 14:30.Monthly allowance: €900 gross.One vacation day per month worked.Real opportunities for future full-time integration.Autonomy and continuous learning environment.Office located in Pozuelo de Alarcón + 1 remote day per week.
