The Project!
You will join our dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service team, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely order-to-delivery process for international customers. You will act as the main point of contact, safeguard customer satisfaction, and coordinate effectively across internal departments.
What will the role entail?
* Process and manage customer orders in SAP, including order entry, modifications, confirmations, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
* Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, from order receipt to final delivery, liaising with logistics, warehouse, production, and finance teams.
* Monitor order status and delivery schedules in SAP, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
* Serve as the main point of contact for international customers, handling inquiries regarding orders, shipments, documentation, pricing, and invoicing.
* Maintain accurate master data in SAP, including customer information, pricing conditions, Incoterms, and payment terms.
* Prepare and validate export documentation in coordination with logistics and external partners.

Requirements of the position:
* University degree in Business or similar.
* Minimum 1-2 year of experience in similar position.
* Languages: English, Spanish and French.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
* Experience with SAP.
