Job Summary brWe are looking for a Sales Area Manager to lead and develop our commercial operations in a strategic region of Spain within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry – East Area. brThis is a key leadership role for a professional who combines strategic thinking, strong people management, and commercial drive to deliver results while building and developing a high-performing team. brYour Mission brAs Sales Area Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution in your region, ensuring business growth, strong customer relationships, and outstanding team performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization and represent the company with key institutions and strategic customers. brKey Accountabilities brLead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Application Specialists; brDefine and execute the commercial strategy in your assigned area; brEnsure the achievement of sales targets and operating income objectives; brBuild and maintain strong relationships with institutional and strategic customers; brMonitor performance, analyse market trends and implement corrective actions when needed; brParticipate in budget preparation and strategic planning; brCoordinate cross-functionally with Business Units, Technical Service, Logistics and Contracting teams; brFoster a high-performance culture based on collaboration, ethics and customer focus. Minimum Knowledge Experience required for the position: brUniversity degree; brExperience in IVD / Diagnostics (preferred), Medical Devices or the Healthcare sector; brSolid experience managing and developing multidisciplinary and complex teams; brExperience leading sales teams; brStrong strategic and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach; brExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills; brAbility to work cross-functionally in a complex organization; brFluency in Spanish and English; brComfortable working with digital tools (Excel, Power Point, SAP); brAvailability to travel 30-40%.
