What are we looking for?
Our IT Service Management unit is growing, and we seek an experienced ServiceNow Architect. This role requires solid experience supporting cross-functional design issues, especially with the ‘OnePortal’ integration between Adobe and ServiceNow.
Project Details:
You will join the Digital Transformation area of a global company specializing in SaaS technology for the travel industry. The Solution Architect will work within a small team of specialists, supporting Business Analysts and a senior developer.
Responsibilities:
* Design and lead architecture solutions on the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform.
* Coordinate and execute integration between ServiceNow CSM and OnePortal (Adobe), including data modeling and synchronization.
* Collaborate with development, integration, and product teams to ensure solution quality and consistency.
* Participate in design sessions, providing strategic and technical insights.
* Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, and scalability standards.
* Propose improvements to optimize service flows and user experience.
* Document technical architecture, integration diagrams, and key processes.
Technical & Functional Experience:
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow CSM Architect with strong technical and functional knowledge.
* Experience designing CSM portals and integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
* Knowledge of integrations with Adobe or similar solutions.
* Experience in designing data flows, APIs, and service-oriented architectures (REST, SOAP).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.
* Advanced level of English.
