* Ensure the stability, performance and availability of internal IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments.
* Manage and improve core areas such as security, compliance, and IT governance.
* Oversee, maintain and enhance the internal application and tools landscape.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to optimize the IT environment.
* Create and maintain internal documentation, guidelines and operating procedures.
* Support daily operational needs and independently drive technical improvements.
We would like you to bring:
* Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or a similar technical role.
* Ability to translate internal requirements into actions and coordinate effectively with external service providers.
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure administration, networking, server environment, and IT security fundamentals.
* Basic understanding of security and compliance principles related to Entra ID, M365 and Azure Infrastructure Services.
* Structured, independent working style with the ability to bring clarity to processes.
* Comfortable handling a broad range of IT responsibilities.
* Strong problem‑solving mindset and a practical, hands‑on approach.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German (at least C1 level).
* EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit.
