Experteer Overview As an EHS Professional at Siemens Mobility’s Cornellà factory, you help design and implement internal EHS guidelines to support a strong safety and environmental culture. You will roll out EHS programs, monitor compliance, and coordinate with external authorities and audits. Your work enables safer operations and regulatory adherence in a historic, high-volume manufacturing site. This role offers impact across process improvements, training, and multi-stakeholder collaboration within a leading mobility manufacturer.
Compensaciones / Ventajas • Designs and coordinates EHS guidelines and processes • Plans and executes rollout of EHS programs and tracks milestones • Monitors adherence to EHS standards and prepares regular reporting • Analyzes changes in EHS laws/regulations and updates internal standards • Contributes to internal and external EHS audits • Prepares external EHS reporting for authorities and internal stakeholders • Maintains contact with external authorities • Trains employees and management on EHS topics • Keeps up-to-date with regional/local EHS regulations and standards
Responsabilidades • Advanced Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics/Psychosociology) • Degree in Environmental Sciences • Knowledge of EMAS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Knowledge of local and international legislation • Experience in continuous improvement and cultural transformation projects • Excellent communication and influencing skills
