A DG Analyst or Manager (channel execution + reporting)A Designer (landing pages, creative assets)A fractional Marketing Ops resource (HubSpot, attribution, reporting setup)As the Pod Lead, you’ll guide client strategy, lead calls, interpret data stories, manage relationships, oversee deliverables, and coordinate your team to meet KPIs like SQLs and pipeline. You’ll report to the DG Team Lead, who supports account management, delivery standards, coaching, and strategic QA.This role offers high autonomy and ownership—ideal for someone ready to manage client strategy and lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced agency environment.Candidate Profile4–6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experienceExperience managing client relationships and strategy end-to-endStrong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and lifecycle emailsData storytelling skills for reporting to C-level stakeholdersExperience coordinating across design, operations, and analytics teamsExcellent client-facing communication skillsExposure to ABM and account segmentation is a plusTeam StructureEach pod typically includes :
