In this role you will steer the visual direction of digital experiences across the website, marketing materials, and front-end interfaces of our proprietary software. You will expand brand elements, define global guidelines, and build a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Creative, Product, and Development teams to drive end-to-end projects and elevate MPS’s digital presence. This is a chance to shape brand and UI at scale with a strong systems mindset.

- Lead visual and UI design for web and software interfaces
- Develop and maintain the design system, components, variables, and style guides for web and software
- Define and uphold brand guidelines for all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with developers through the project lifecycle including handoff and usability testing
- Lead product-focused web projects with designers, writers, and digital marketing for campaign experiences
- Partner with product teams to understand web needs and propose holistic design solutions
- Improve design and development workflows with reusable UI components and responsive web practices
- Conduct user research and create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets
- Ensure accessibility standards and platform-specific UI conventions

Responsabilidades
\n
- 5+ years as a Visual Designer with focus on building and implementing design systems for web and software applications
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, team libraries); capable of leading others in Figma best practices
- Compelling online portfolio demonstrating design systems and user-centered design xugodme
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience working with developers
- Experience defining and documenting brand guidelines for digital experiences
- Deep knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple web projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proactive, self-directed in approaching design challenges
