IE Business Development – AMP Programs is looking for a Regional Director to join its team in Castilla y León or Asturias, preferably based in Valladolid, Burgos, or León.
Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and establish commercial relationships with companies in the regions of Castilla y León and Asturias to promote IE Business School's AMP programs.
Create and execute strategies to attract qualified leads through marketing and networking activities.
Manage and expand the network of contacts with executives and HR leaders of key companies in the region.
Corporate Relationship Management
Develop strategic partnerships with companies that wish to train their executives and employees through AMP programs.
Manage and nurture long‐term relationships with companies, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the programs offered.
Lead Generation
Actively prospect for new leads in the region and convert them into enrollment opportunities for AMP programs.
Organize events, webinars, and networking activities that promote the visibility of AMP programs in the region.
Cross‐Selling of Programs
Identify cross‐selling opportunities with other IE Business School Executive Education programs for both companies and participants.
Promote other relevant executive education programs to companies and executives, expanding the reach of IE Business School's educational services in the region.
Work closely with teams from other programs to ensure a tailored and comprehensive offering for clients.
Program Delivery
Oversee the execution of AMP programs in the region, ensuring high service quality and compliance with IE Business School standards.
Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure proper program delivery.
Ensure that the needs and expectations of participants and companies are effectively met throughout the program implementation process.
Manage the logistics of AMP programs in the region, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Analysis and Reporting
Conduct regular analysis of commercial activities in the region and report to management on the progress of sales and business development objectives.
Implement data‐driven strategies to improve sales results and the acquisition of new clients.
Qualifications
Professional Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate relationship management, or delivery of training programs, preferably in the education sector or executive education.
Experience in managing and executing educational or training programs.
Experience in cross‐selling or promoting multiple programs within an educational product portfolio.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field. Postgraduate degree from a reputable university.
Skills and Competencies
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate new business opportunities and build long‐term client relationships.
In‐depth knowledge of the market and business environment of Castilla y León and Asturias.
Ability to identify cross‐selling opportunities and offer comprehensive solutions.

Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Languages
Spanish (required). Knowledge of English or other languages will be valued.
