Responsibilities - Attending and assisting guests during the night shift.
- Performing check-in and check-out.
- Managing reservations, incidents, and special requests.
- Supervising security and the correct operation of the hotel.
- Closing the cash register and night audit (Night Audit).
- Coordinating with other departments to guarantee service.
Qualifications - Previous experience in hotel reception, preferably during the night shift.
- Training in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.
- High level of English (other languages will be valued).
- Knowledge of hotel management programs (Opera or similar).
- Responsible, resolutive and autonomous.
- Good communication skills and customer orientation.
