Our client is a major player in the integral telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group’s tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands‑on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group’s geographies.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection process.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach.
Drive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross‑country coordination, candidate experience).
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem.
Track and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time‑to‑hire to support data‑driven decisions.
ATS & sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, enterprise ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent), Boolean search.
Tech stacks recruited: Java, Python, .NET, JS/TS, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Network.
HR tools: Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, mobility and relocation platforms.
Languages used internally: Spanish, English.
Required Skills
- 3 to 4 years of experience in tech recruitment, agency or in‑house.
- Solid track record on full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, data or cloud roles.
- Hands‑on experience contributing to or leading HR projects beyond recruitment (mobility, onboarding, employer branding, process design).
- Strong sourcing skills, comfortable with Boolean and direct approach.
- Fluent Spanish and professional English.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a telecommunications, large tech or international group environment.
- Exposure to international mobility frameworks (visa, relocation, tax basics).
- Familiarity with enterprise HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Autonomous and structured, able to juggle recruitment delivery and project work in parallel.
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable interacting with technical hiring managers and senior HR partners.
- Curious about tech, willing to keep learning stacks and market trends.
- Comfortable in a large organization, but with a hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset.
Base salary: 40,000 to 50,000 € gross annual, depending on experience.
