Role Summary
LingoFlow seeks highly motivated professionals to serve as Local Partners / Business Developers in key international markets. This commission-based role focuses on securing new long-term corporate clients (B2B) for LingoFlow's premium online English language training solutions. The Local Partner will represent LingoFlow, establishing market presence and driving profitable partnerships in their assigned country.
Target Markets (Initial Focus)
Italy, France, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Spain, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey.
What You Will Do
- Identify opportunities: Proactively find companies with a strategic need for team English proficiency improvement.
- Develop strategic partnerships: Initiate and cultivate trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Consultative selling: Lead meetings to showcase LingoFlow’s unique value proposition.
- Market penetration: Represent LingoFlow to strengthen market presence and credibility.
- Needs assessment: Conduct thorough client needs assessments to tailor proposals.
- Performance coordination: Participate in regular check-ins with the LingoFlow team to review progress and discuss challenges.
What We Are Looking For
- Network (Essential): Proven and extensive professional network within the corporate sector (HR, Training, Management) in the target country.
- Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrable success in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Consulting.
- Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results-driven, comfortable operating independently.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Language: Native fluency in Spanish required, with strong professional English proficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).
