Job Summary
Strategy

The role is responsible for driving digital sales across main products in an Agile digital sales environment, with a focus on growth and lifecycle marketing to facilitate customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.

We are looking for someone who is keen on Martech, data and analytics, and responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing personalized digital sales campaigns across all channels.

This is the perfect role for you if you enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment, are highly analytical, and are natural at leading new builds by using your problem solving skills.

Business

Develop, implement, A/B experiment, and optimize digital sales campaigns to promote SCB products and services leveraging cross‐sell, up‐sell, and omnichannel customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.

Strong experience in delivering personalization sales communications, strategies and tactics with lifecycle decisioning engine technologies.

Develop and manage strategic digital propositions, partnering with product owners to achieve critical performance goals and maximize the leverage of digital channel capabilities to deliver client‐centric value.

Continuously optimize the digital customer journey and user experience by evaluating UI/UX and digital touchpoints against industry best practices, proposing enhancements for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Deep experience using data‐driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up‐to‐date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Experience working within agile squads and frameworks including scope, schedule, quality assurance, resource allocation, risk identification and mitigation ensuring delivery of roadmap initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Governance

Ensure adherence to bank's legal & compliance requirements.

Establish clear and well documented business processes, establish checking & mitigation mechanism to ensure proper implementation.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Lead the Digital Sales & Marketing squads to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients and The Right Environment

Effectively and collaboratively identify, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

Personalization Technologies (Adobe, Pega)

Digital Analytics

Audience Segmentation and Analysis

Digital Paid Media and Ad Tech

Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Qualifications

University degree, preferably in Business, or a related discipline

At least 10+ years of work experience with solid track record managing digital sales in banking or financial services

Proven success in managing digital sales and marketing campaigns with direct roles in driving conversions and sales

Strong understanding of AI, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Management

Creative thinker with a data‐driven approach to problem solving.

Demonstrated understanding of the retail banking, wealth advisory, and affluent market

Experience in managing squads with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

A passionate proactive team player and able to roll up the sleeves

Fluency in Traditional Chinese and English

Experience using Adobe, Pega, Digital Media ad tech, and CDP is preferred
