Key account sales manager - Zoomlion AWP
JD:
* Develop and execute sales strategies for aerial work platforms (AWP) to achieve assigned sales targets.
* Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts (rental companies, construction enterprises, industrial clients, distributors, etc.).
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to HQ and product teams.
* Collaborate with the after-sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
* Travel frequently within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) industry.
* Proven experience working for AWP manufacturer (OEM background required).
* Strong, well-established relationships with major rental companies and key accounts in Germany.
* In-depth understanding of fleet sales, rental business models, and key account management.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving high-value sales targets within the AWP sector.
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
* English as a working language is required.
