What you´ll do
- Support regional procurement activities across WE countries for indirect materials and services
- Assist buyers in spot-buy processes and requested analysis
- Collect, analyze, and report spend and savings data at regional level
- Support addressable spend, benchmarking, and market intelligence exercises
- Assist in RFQ/RFP preparation and comparison of supplier offers
- Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and catalogue management
- Help ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Business teams)
- Participate in regional meetings and support follow-up actions
What makes you a good fit
- Ability to do a 12 month internship
- Degree (or currently enrolled) in Purchasing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Strong PC skills with solid knowledge of Office;
familiarity with SAP orprocurement tools is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service and stakeholder-oriented mindset
- Highly accurate, well-organized, and reliable, with strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international team environment
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in continuous process improvement and learning
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic financial information
