Financial Crime Operations – Screening Graduate

Ebury Leon Office – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week.


What You’ll Do

* Efficiently review and investigate matches against sanctions and internal lists, taking appropriate action.
* Conduct real-time, rules-based monitoring of client transactions and promptly address any generated alerts.
* Respond effectively to information requests from banking partners regarding transactions.
* Address inquiries from internal departments in a timely and helpful manner.
* Complete assigned tasks with focus and efficiency, meeting deadlines consistently.
* Proactively communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers, escalating issues promptly as needed.
* Strictly adhere to all internal policies, processes, and procedures.


What You’ll Need

* Demonstrates diligence, strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
* Proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
* Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven operational environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Collaborative and comfortable contributing effectively within a team setting.
* Possesses a strong curiosity and eagerness to learn, actively seeking clarification to ensure process understanding.
* Adaptable and able to navigate evolving products, processes, and procedures.
* Highly motivated with a strong desire to contribute to Ebury's success.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
* Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles is desirable.
