People who observe, interpret and transform ideas into product. brAs a Designer, you will be part of the creative development of the collection, translating trends, movement and performance needs into relevant, functional and contemporary products. brWhat you will do brDesign and develop apparel and/or footwear collections aligned with the ZARA ATHLETICZ identity brResearch trends, materials and innovations, translating them into clear product proposals brSelect fabrics, colors and trims, balancing aesthetics and performance brCreate sketches, technical sheets and product specifications brWork closely with Pattern and Development teams on prototypes, fittings and final product definition brEnsure consistency of design, fit and functionality across the collection brCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent product story brFollow the product from concept to final execution, ensuring quality and design integrity brContribute new ideas, concepts and creative solutions to the collection What we are looking for brExperience in fashion and/or sportswear design, ideally within performance or active categories brStrong understanding of product, from concept to final garment or footwear brSensitivity to trends, materials and color, with a clear design point of view brPassion for sport and understanding of movement and functionality brAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects brCuriosity, creativity and a proactive mindset brStrong attention to detail and product sensibility brProficiency in Adobe Illustrator (3 D tools are a plus) brStrong communication and teamwork skills brFluency in English brDegree in Fashion Design or related field brAvailability to relocate to La Coruña What we offer brThe opportunity to be part of a growing and evolving category within ZARA brA creative environment where ideas quickly become product brDirect involvement in the full design process, from concept to store brContinuous learning within an international and dynamic context
