These events often involve large audiences and require strong technical oversight.We are seeking bilingual freelance Webcast Monitors to manage these high-value events.
Fluency in English plus one of Italian, Spanish, or French is essential.Events are scheduled on weekdays, typically between 9am–8pm CET, to cover both European and US-based clients.
Freelancers must have full control over their calendars and commit to scheduled events, which are usually booked 5–7 days in advance.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support live corporate webinars / webcasts.Run pre-event checks and presenter training in English and the second language.Provide live technical troubleshooting during events.Respond to attendee questions in real time in the appropriate language.Submit weekly timesheets and monthly invoices.Work VolumeVariable workload : 7–13 hours / month (some months may be zero).
