Our Receptionists are key to delivering an exceptional customer experience; they put the customer at the centre and strive for customer retention and recommendation.
A team player, enthusiastic, curious, and dedicated, our receptionist is the heartbeat of our customer service.
Key tasks :
* Manage the day-to-day running of the reception, being the first point of contact for student queries or complaints. This includes greeting guests and ensuring they receive excellent customer service.
* Build good rapport with residents and resolve complaints/issues promptly.
* Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for students.
* Verify all documents and payments before students' arrival and ensure rooms are ready.
* Complete welcome pack documents at check-in.
* Charge students correctly at check-out.
* Coordinate work with maintenance and housekeeping departments based on reports at the front desk.
* Assist the Residence Manager with in-house administration as needed.
* Demonstrate product knowledge and reflect the company's core values through outstanding customer service.
* Perform general office duties: correspondence, emails, filing, answering phones, ensuring smooth reception operations.
* Manage guest sign-in/out, keys, and monitor building security, reporting suspicious activity.
* Accept and distribute mail and parcels for residents and staff using the in-house system.
* Handle requests such as Extension of Tenancy, Room moves, and Transfer of Tenancy.
* Manage sales inquiries, the letting process, and property viewings as requested.
* Follow policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance.
* Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Finance, and Sales departments regularly.
Schedule : Monday to Sunday shifts, totaling 40 hours weekly.
